How it works
Situation first. Product second.
- Tell us what's happened. A 60-second application: the amount, what it's for, how soon, your region and any property. No credit check.
- One specialist reads it. Not a call centre, not a broadcast to lenders. Someone who knows every option on this site.
- You get the shortlist and the trade-offs. Which options fit, what each costs you in speed, security and repayments, and what it would take.
- You choose. Then we move. Documents only once you decide. Funds to you, or straight to whoever needs paying.
Myth vs reality
Six things people get wrong about fast money
"Same day" means guaranteed today.
Same-day funding is possible for some options — never guaranteed. Documents, identity checks and payment cut-offs decide it.
The fastest option is the best option.
Fast usually costs more. If your deadline can move a week, cheaper options open up. Price the wait first.
Unsecured means nothing's at risk.
Most unsecured business loans need a director's personal guarantee. Your personal position is still on the line.
A bank decline means nobody will lend.
Banks decline on policy. Private and non-bank lenders consider bad credit and IRD debt case by case.
Two quick loans beat one bigger one.
Stacking loans multiplies repayments and is one of the fastest ways to turn a cash gap into a crisis.
Asking will hurt my credit score.
Not here. There's no credit check when you first enquire.

Fast business loans: quick answers
What are fast business loans?
Any business funding that can be arranged within hours or days rather than weeks — including small unsecured loans, property-secured private loans, caveat-style loans, equipment finance and drawing on an existing line of credit. Each has different trade-offs on cost, security and repayments.
How fast can a New Zealand business get funding?
Same-day funding possible for smaller unsecured amounts. $20k to $250k possible same day (property-secured). Up to $5m possible within 24–48 hours. All are possible, not promised — having documents ready is the biggest factor.
How much can I borrow?
Property-secured business loans range from $20,000 to $5,000,000. Unsecured and cash-flow options typically range from $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover.
Do you check my credit when I enquire?
No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. It's only discussed if you choose an option and decide to go ahead.
Can I get a fast loan with bad credit or IRD debt?
Both are considered case by case. Property security makes the biggest difference; we'll also tell you if an Inland Revenue instalment arrangement looks like the better route.
Why don't you show interest rates?
Every business loan is priced on the individual situation, so a headline rate would mislead. We show you the real cost of real options once we understand your situation.
Will my details go to lots of lenders?
No. One specialist reviews your application and matches it deliberately — no spray-and-pray.
